This 30 storey high-rise apartment building offers residents a host of fine luxuries such as swimming pools and a clubhouse in an uptown neighborhood close to the urban center of Mumbai.

The project is located next to a nullah (a type of watercourse) and as such the water table was merely 1 meter away from the surface.

Seeing as the project was designed with a three-level basement, reaching 18 meters below ground level, a heavy duty waterproofing system was required.
